Happy 1st Father's Day!!

Just like I had a very happy first Mother's Day, Hank also had a very happy first Father's Day!! He got to spend it with not only just his precious daughter and me, but also his mom and dad were here for a visit. We all got to go to church together and then chowed down for Sunday dinner at a yummy Chinese restaurant here in Temple. It was a buffet of course! Rarely do you go eat with the Wallace's anywhere except a buffet!! You've got to your money's worth!! Anyway back to Father's Day. Hank got a new grill from me, so now we can have people over and grill hamburgers or whatever. I thought since we have our own house now and all it was time for Hank to become a grill master. We'll see!! So the next time anyone comes over to visit, we'll be sure and fire it up for ya!!

Like Father Like Daughter

The other day Allyson and I came home from Wal-Mart and she sacked out on the way home, as she often does. Hank had just got home from being on call all night and was also sacked out in the chair. I sat Allyson down and then went to go put all the groceries away. When I came back in the living room I noticed that both Allyson and her Daddy had assumed the same sleeping position. I could'nt resist this cute picture opportunity!! At least Hank could'nt protest to having his picture taken!! Allyson had no choice, of course.
